A highly productive ‘Janata Darbar’ was conducted in Ranchi’s Kanke region, with Circle Officer Amit Bhagat leading the charge to resolve citizen complaints effectively. Bhagat demonstrated exemplary administrative skills by hearing and settling a significant number of applications during the event held at the Kanke block’s administrative complex. He emphasized that achieving resolution through mutual understanding is paramount. The core objective of the ‘Janata Darbar,’ as explained by Bhagat, is to ensure that common people receive prompt and transparent solutions to their issues. Bhagat asserted his commitment to fairness, stating that favoritism or procedural shortcuts are not tolerated, and all individuals are treated with equal importance. He acknowledged the operational inefficiencies, particularly the sluggish JharNet service and recurring server errors, which contribute to delays in processing. Many beneficiaries expressed profound relief, sharing stories of issues that had been pending for months finally being resolved in one go. Deeply appreciative, dozens of residents departed, offering heartfelt gratitude and good wishes to CO Amit Bhagat. The gathering was supported by Circle Inspector Chitranjan Tudu, Deputy Head Ajay Baitha, and Kanke area employee Sanjay Kumar.
