The district Congress office, Krishna Ballabh Ashram in Hazaribagh, will be the venue for the 128th birth anniversary celebration of Krishna Ballabh Sahay, a celebrated freedom fighter and former Chief Minister of undivided Bihar. The event is slated for December 31st, beginning at 1 PM. The list of distinguished guests includes the Jharkhand Rural Development Minister, Deepika Pandey, and former minister and district president, Jay Prakash Bhai Patel. Further reinforcing the importance of the gathering are state Congress officials such as program in-charge Vinay Sinha Dipu, vice-president Bheem Kumar, and secretary Manoj Sahay Pinku.
