Hyundai’s next-generation Venue is set to arrive in showrooms on November 4, 2025, following Diwali. The company has begun testing the new model, and details on the design and features have surfaced through spy shots and videos. The 2025 Venue, with the code name QU2i, is expected to feature a design inspired by the Creta and a more feature-rich interior. The engine and gearbox options will likely stay the same.
The Venue will retain its familiar upright and boxy shape, but it will get a redesigned front end. The front will have a larger grille with a new design, split headlights, and a vertical LED daytime running light element. The side profile will include new 16-inch alloy wheels, thick body cladding around the wheel arches, and sharp wing mirrors. The rear will feature a connected LED tail lamp setup and a new glass house design.
Interior details are still under wraps. However, the new Venue is expected to have a redesigned dashboard, a larger touchscreen, a new center console with updated switchgear, a 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, and an updated ADAS suite.
Buyers will have the choice of three engines: an 83 bhp 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol, a 120 bhp 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and a 100 bhp 1.5-liter diesel. The base petrol engine will be paired with a 5-speed manual, while the turbo-petrol will have a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT. The diesel version will come with a 6-speed manual.
With this generational upgrade, a slight price increase is anticipated. Following recent GST cuts, the current Venue has seen a price reduction of up to Rs 1.33 lakh, with prices ranging from Rs 7.26 lakh to Rs 12.32 lakh.
