Hyundai India has rolled out the all-new, second-generation Venue and its performance-oriented sibling, the Venue N Line, with a raft of updates designed to captivate buyers. This launch signifies Hyundai’s commitment to innovation in the compact SUV segment.
The new Venue sports a significantly revised exterior. Upfront, a larger rectangular grille adorned with dark chrome inserts and sophisticated quad-beam LED headlamps lend a more imposing stance. C-shaped DRLs and a connected LED light bar across the rear add to its contemporary appeal. The silhouette is further refined with new 16-inch alloy wheels, chrome door handles, and discreet silver detailing. The rear design is muscular, featuring connected taillights and a distinctive 3D Venue emblem.
Inside, the cabin is a testament to modern design, featuring a luxurious dual-tone dark navy and dove white interior. The focal point is the expansive twin 12.3-inch curved displays, seamlessly integrated into the dashboard, which also sports a unique terrazzo texture. Enhanced rear-seat space, courtesy of a 20mm longer wheelbase, ensures superior comfort. Passengers can also benefit from rear AC vents, manual sunshades, and reclining rear seats.
Driving safety and convenience are elevated with the inclusion of Level 2 ADAS technology. This advanced suite works alongside six airbags, ESC, a 360-degree camera, and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, providing comprehensive protection and assistance.
Engine options comprise a 1.2-liter petrol, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and a 1.5-liter diesel. The diesel engine is now available with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Venue N Line comes exclusively with the spirited 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine, offered with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT. The starting price for the new Hyundai Venue is Rs 7,89,000 (ex-showroom), making it a compelling proposition.
