
The lead-up to Ganesh Chaturthi 2025 has spurred car manufacturers to announce attractive discounts and offers to boost sales. Brands like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Honda, and MG Motors are presenting special deals on popular models, with savings potential up to ₹6 lakhs on specific vehicles. The period is considered auspicious for car purchases, and these offers present a timely opportunity for customers.
MG Motors is offering discounts on its Comet EV, ZS EV, Astor, Hector, and Gloster models. The Comet EV has a potential savings of ₹56,000, while the ZS EV and Astor offer discounts up to ₹1.10 lakhs. Buyers of the Hector can receive a ₹1.15 lakh cash bonus, and the Gloster SUV provides the most significant discount, up to ₹6 lakhs.
Honda Cars India’s “The Great Honda Fest” is providing discounts on the City, Amaze, and Elevate. The City petrol variant has savings up to ₹1.07 lakhs, while the hybrid City e:HEV offers a saving of ₹96,000. The Elevate ZX top variant has a ₹1.22 lakh discount, and the second-generation Amaze provides a ₹77,200 discount.
Maruti Suzuki is also introducing offers. The Jimny Alpha has a discount of ₹1 lakh, the Swift AMT and WagonR LXI offer savings of ₹1.1 lakh and ₹1.15 lakh, respectively. The Invicto MPV has a discount of ₹1.25 lakh, and the Grand Vitara SUV offers benefits up to ₹2 lakhs.
Hyundai is running deals on models including the Grand i10 Nios, Xcent, Tucson, Alcazar, Creta, Verna, and Ioniq 2024. The Grand i10 Nios and Xcent include an exchange bonus of ₹30,000, plus an additional discount of ₹25,000. The Ioniq 2024 has a direct cash discount of ₹4 lakhs, making it a compelling choice for electric vehicle buyers.
