Known for his aggressive batting style, Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma has added another luxury vehicle to his collection. The ‘Hitman’, as he is popularly known, has upgraded his car collection with a new Lamborghini Urus SE. This follows his previous ownership of a Lamborghini Urus.
The latest SUV is priced at ₹4.57 crore (ex-showroom). The new Urus SE, finished in red, features a special number plate – 3015 – a nod to his family and career milestones. His previous car’s plate number, 264, represented his record-breaking score of 264 runs in an ODI match.
The Lamborghini Urus SE is powered by an 800 horsepower engine and generates 950 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. Sharma’s new car sports a striking orange exterior with black alloy wheels and a luxurious interior featuring black and orange leather upholstery with silver accents. He has personalized the number plate, ‘3015’, to reflect his children’s birthdates, which also adds up to his jersey number, 45.
The Urus SE integrates a 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, paired with a plug-in hybrid system comprising a 25.9 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and an electric motor within its 8-speed automatic transmission. This setup offers a total power output of 789 bhp and 950 Nm of peak torque, distributed to all four wheels.
The SUV provides an electric range of 60 km, reaching up to 130 km/h in EV mode, and a top speed of 312 km/h. Additional features include air suspension, an electronic limited-slip rear differential, advanced electronics, and a 48-volt anti-roll bar.
The exterior design of the Urus SE has also been updated, including new LED matrix headlights, a revised grille and front bumper, and redesigned LED taillights. A new spoiler and a larger diffuser have also been added at the rear.
