
The Chinese automaker Geely experienced unprecedented demand for its Galaxy M9 PHEV, a plug-in hybrid SUV, with over 40,000 pre-sale orders received within a day of opening bookings. This vehicle, offered in six variants, is priced between 193,800 and 258,800 yuan. The M9 is designed for families who desire a spacious interior and long-range hybrid capabilities. The design is influenced by the Galaxy Starship concept, featuring a distinctive LED light bar and a LiDAR sensor for advanced driving assistance. Dimensions include a length of 5,205 mm, a width of 1,999 mm, a height of 1,800 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,030 mm. The interior is equipped with a 2+2+2 seating layout, power-adjustable seats, heating, ventilation, and massage functions. Rear passengers are treated to a 17.3-inch display, a folding table, and a refrigerator. Cargo capacity ranges from 328 to 2,171 liters. The car also features a 27-speaker audio system, a digital instrument cluster, a head-up display, and dual touchscreens.
