The digital key system utilizes NFC technology and integrates with Hyundai’s Bluelink app. Customers can set it up on their smartphones, smartwatches, or use a dedicated NFC card. Once configured, the virtual key allows users to lock/unlock the car by tapping the door handle and start the vehicle by placing the device on the wireless charging pad. The system’s key feature is the ability to share or revoke access, eliminating the need to carry physical keys and the associated risks of loss or theft.
