The Hyundai Creta N Line, a popular model, has become more affordable due to recent price cuts. These price reductions, amounting to a maximum of Rs 60,000, are linked to the GST rate adjustments that took effect on September 22. The starting price for the Creta N Line is now Rs 17.83 lakh. The N8 DCT variant of the Hyundai Creta N Line benefits from the most substantial savings, with discounts between Rs 51,000 and Rs 60,000. Hyundai has ceased offering the base N8 variant with a manual transmission in the Creta N Line lineup. The manual transmission is now exclusive to the N10 trim, priced at Rs 19.02 lakh. The revised tax structure, which now includes an 18% GST for passenger vehicles compared to the previous 28%, is the primary cause for the lower prices. Furthermore, the GST Council eliminated the compensation cess on passenger vehicles. The Creta N Line includes a 1.5-liter turbocharged GDi petrol engine, which is offered with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed DCT automatic unit, delivering about 157 bhp of peak power at 5,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 253 Nm from 1,500 to 3,500 rpm.
