
The next-generation Hyundai Venue is set to debut in the Indian market on October 24th. The company has announced plans for a new car launch on this date, which is widely believed to be the updated Venue. The sub-compact SUV’s first iteration was launched in 2019, with a facelift in 2022.
The upcoming Venue is designed to challenge the dominance of competitors such as the Skoda Kushaq, Kia Sonet, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
Exterior Design and Updates
Spy photos suggest design enhancements, including a refreshed front fascia. The vehicle retains its boxy shape but gets cosmetic upgrades such as split LED DRLs and a more angular headlamp design. Design inspiration is taken from the Hyundai Accent and Alcazar.
Rear-end Updates
The test vehicle reveals connected LED tail lamps, a silver-finished bumper, and a black shark fin antenna.
Interior and Features
The interior will likely feature major upgrades. These might encompass a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera system, front ventilated seats, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display. The model could also offer climate control, wireless charging, and a Level 1 ADAS package.
Engine Specifications
The engine options may include a 1.2-liter petrol, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and a 1.5-liter diesel. Transmission options are expected to include a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, and a 7-speed DCT.
