Mahindra & Mahindra has collaborated with Warner Bros. to introduce a special ‘Batman Edition’ of its BE 6 electric SUV. This unique variant draws inspiration from the Batman universe, featuring distinctive design elements to set it apart from other electric SUVs.
Reservations for this special edition will commence on August 23rd. Deliveries are scheduled for September 20th, coinciding with Batman Day. Production will be limited to just 300 units, making it a collector’s item. The ex-showroom price for the ‘Batman Edition’ is ₹27.79 lakh, offering a premium experience for enthusiasts.
The vehicle’s exterior features a satin black body color. The Batman branding is visible on the front doors, tailgate, fenders, bumpers, and reverse lamps. It includes 19-inch wheels, with an option for 20-inch. The hub caps are also branded with the Batman logo.
Brakes and springs have Alchemy Gold paint, adding a luxurious touch. The infinity roof showcases the Dark Knight trilogy’s emblem. The interior features a Night Trail carpet and Batman logo projections.
Inside, the dashboard features a brushed Alchemy plate bearing the edition number. Gold-colored frames surround the driver’s cockpit. The seats are crafted with suede and leather and feature golden accents. The Dark Knight trilogy badging, pinstripe graphics, and branding are also incorporated. The steering wheel, controls, EPB, and key fob all feature the Batman logo.
The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition is based on the Pack Three variant and is powered by a 79 kWh battery pack. This setup allows for a range of 682 km on a single charge, according to ARAI. It is a rear-wheel-drive SUV, equipped with a powerful motor that delivers 286 hp and 380 Nm of torque.
