The incident started when the passenger was unable to exit the restroom after the door jammed. Crew members were unable to resolve the issue. The crew wrote a note to the passenger, sliding it under the door, telling them to remain seated until landing in Bengaluru. The incident prompted amusement across social media platforms. The door was eventually opened by ground staff after the plane landed in Bengaluru. The flight was delayed, departing at 2:10 AM instead of the original departure time of 10:55 PM.
