Mahindra is preparing a facelift for its XUV700, a prominent SUV in the D-segment. The upcoming update will feature design and interior enhancements. The test mule, though camouflaged, provides clues about the design changes. Flush pop-out door handles and refreshed side body cladding are expected. The interior will likely adopt a triple-screen dashboard, similar to the XEV 9e and forthcoming XEV 7e models. An upgraded Harman Kardon audio system and an advanced ADAS Level 2+ suite with self-parking functionality may also be included. The powertrain options are expected to be retained, ensuring the XUV700 remains competitive against the MG Hector, Tata Harrier, and Tata Safari. The facelift will build upon the existing model’s strengths, offering consumers an updated option in a crowded market.
