Kia India is making the festive season more rewarding for its customers by launching a set of attractive offers. The offers combine pre-GST savings with festive benefits on select models, providing potential savings of up to ₹2.25 lakh for buyers. These offers are available for a limited time and will expire on September 22, 2025, coinciding with the introduction of the new GST 2.0 regulations. The level of savings will fluctuate based on the dealership. For instance, customers in Kerala can save up to ₹2.25 lakh on the Kia Seltos. In Tamil Nadu, the recently launched Carens Clavis provides discounts of up to ₹1.55 lakh. The standard Kia Carens MPV is also included in the offer, offering savings up to ₹1.30 lakh, including a pre-GST discount of up to ₹58,000, in addition to festive benefits reaching up to ₹1.67 lakh. Kia has clarified its commitment to passing on the benefits of the revised GST 2.0 tax structure to consumers. Recent changes by the GST Council aim to simplify the tax framework for the automotive sector, setting two main tax slabs of 5% and 18% for vehicles. A special 40% tax is levied on luxury cars, SUVs, and motorcycles with engines above 350cc. The elimination of the compensation cess is also significant. These changes have allowed Kia to implement price cuts of up to ₹4.48 lakh on their models, increasing affordability during the festive period.
