MG Motor India’s August 2025 sales figures reveal a robust performance, with 6,578 vehicles sold, marking a 52% increase compared to August 2024. The Windsor EV continues to dominate the electric vehicle market, contributing significantly to the company’s success. The company’s sales in August also saw a 5% increase compared to July. Additionally, the smaller MG Comet EV has also achieved a new record, with sales exceeding 21% in August. MG Motor India expanded its footprint by opening three new dealerships in August. The company’s network now encompasses over 543 sales and service centers across 270 cities. The company aims to offer assistance to customers within 30 minutes through service centers established within a 15-kilometer radius. The Windsor EV, with over 40,000 units sold since its launch, has been the best-selling EV for 11 consecutive months. The five-seater crossover offers an electric motor that generates 136 PS and 200 Nm. The cabin includes features such as automatic climate control, adjustable headrests, 135-degree reclining lounge-like seats, wireless smartphone connectivity, navigation, and a large 15.6-inch touchscreen.
