
The Victoris from Suzuki is the newest addition to the SUV market, setting its sights on competitors such as the Hyundai Creta. The Victoris is also poised to challenge rivals like the Honda Elevate and Kia Sonet. The Victoris is slightly larger than the Grand Vitara. Suzuki has confirmed the Victoris has achieved a 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating. Bookings are currently open for a ₹11,000 deposit.
The engine is a 1.5-liter petrol motor with mild-hybrid powertrains. It features connected LED lights, a new grille, DRLs, sharp headlights, and pronounced wheel arches. Additional exterior features include a shark fin antenna, a powered tailgate with gesture control, and rear skid plates. Inside, the Victoris showcases 64-colour ambient lighting, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, an Alexa assistant with Suzuki maps, an Infinity audio system with Dolby Atmos and 8 speakers, a panoramic sunroof, 8-way power-adjustable ventilated front seats, and an underbody CNG tank.
The Victoris will be manufactured in India and exported globally.
Safety is a core focus, with the Victoris receiving a 5-star crash test rating. The Adult Occupant Protection score is 31.66 out of 32, and Child Protection is 43 out of 49, across all models. The standard safety package includes six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, and a 360-degree camera.
