A passenger on a SpiceJet flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru had an unforgettable experience, as they were stuck inside the lavatory for the entire duration of the flight. The airline has offered an apology and compensation for the inconvenience. The incident unfolded on a flight that departed from Mumbai with a two-hour delay. After takeoff, the passenger, who was in seat 14D, entered the restroom, but the door malfunctioned. Efforts to open the door by both the passenger and the crew proved futile. The crew responded by slipping a handwritten note under the door, asking the passenger to stay seated until the plane landed in Bengaluru. The note quickly circulated online, generating amusement and commentary. The flight arrived in Bengaluru at around 3:45 AM, and ground staff were able to open the door. The airline issued a statement of regret and apologized to the passenger.
