A business of about Rs 3 thousand crores has been done across the state, due to which there is a wave of happiness among the businessmen also. He told that this time the sale of Chinese goods remained sluggish on Holi. Vocal for Local has been dominant. People have made huge purchases of gulal, sweets and clothes.
Chamber of Commerce President Parwani further said that this time there has been huge purchase of clothes in the market. There was high demand for Holi printed T-shirts. Apart from this, people have made huge purchases in other sectors also, due to which the market has been very good this time.
If we talk about the country, a business of more than Rs 50 thousand crore has been done. The survey of Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has revealed that Holi has revived the market. According to CAT data, this time the sale of Chinese goods remained sluggish on Holi. According to the survey conducted by the traders' organization, people have made purchases worth more than Rs 50 thousand crore to celebrate Holi. This figure is expected to increase further.
