Coming into the fourth Baaghi film, expectations were low. However, Baaghi 4 is unexpectedly enjoyable, offering more excitement than many recent action films. The film plunges the viewer into a world of raw action, starting with a significant car crash and following Ronnie (Tiger Shroff) on his mission to find his lady love, who is believed to be nonexistent. The seemingly absurd plot is redeemed by director A. Harsha, who masterfully incorporates the action into a compelling and engaging narrative. The film’s violence is not as excessive as the trailer might have suggested, opting instead for exploring the hero’s emotional trauma. Ronnie awakens from a coma and is determined to find Alisha, played by Harnaaz Sandhu, who brings confidence to her double role. The peak moment is the face-off between Sanjay Dutt and Tiger Shroff at the climax. Here, Shroff proves his prowess. Shroff has clearly put in the work to embody the character, portraying a lover driven by desperation. Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, the female lead, plays a significant role in this action film. The film’s most compelling feature is the dynamic between Shroff and Dutt. Baaghi 4 is a remake of the 2013 Tamil film Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu, though it’s been significantly improved with better writing and stronger performances.
