Following rave reviews for his role in Aryan Khan’s ‘Ba***ds of Bollywood,’ Bobby Deol has opened up about the living arrangements of his parents, veteran actor Dharmendra and his first wife, Prakash Kaur. Bobby revealed that the couple is currently residing together at their tranquil farmhouse located in Khandala.
Bobby addressed his father’s frequent emotional social media posts, explaining that Dharmendra is “very emotional” and “very expressive.” He added, “He shares what he’s feeling with everyone… Sometimes he goes overboard, and then I ask him why he wrote what he wrote or said what he said, and he tells me that he was just following his heart.” Bobby reassured fans that his father isn’t alone, and while he can be dramatic, his mother is present with him.
“They’re both at the farm in Khandala right now. Papa and Mummy are together; he just gets a little dramatic,” Bobby stated. He highlighted that the farmhouse is a special place for them, offering a relaxing environment with good food and pleasant weather, which Dharmendra has lovingly transformed into a “paradise.”
Discussing his mother’s private nature, Bobby mentioned, “You don’t hear about my mother much because people don’t usually ask us about her.” He described her as a devoted housewife and his favorite person, with whom he speaks daily. Bobby holds immense respect for her, calling her “the strongest woman I’ve ever met in my life,” and acknowledged her significant role in supporting Dharmendra’s legendary career.
