Dhanush’s performance in ‘Kuberaa,’ directed by Sekhar Kammula, has been well-received, contributing to the film’s strong box office performance.
The film’s fifth-day collection is estimated at ₹5.50 crore, with the total earnings reaching ₹60.90 crore.
Sekhar Kammula highlighted that ‘Kuberaa’ is a story about two contrasting worlds: that of a rich, greedy man, and a poor beggar played by Dhanush. He said that Dhanush was the first and only actor in his mind for the beggar’s role. He also mentioned that Nagarjuna was chosen for a key role, as he felt that Nagarjuna would be perfect for it. Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh also star in the film.
