Actor Hrithik Roshan, known for his upcoming film ‘War 2,’ has made news by renting out one of his properties to his girlfriend, Saba Azad. Reports indicate the movie, released on August 14th, hasn’t performed as expected. Roshan is allowing Azad to rent a luxurious apartment in the Mannat Apartments, situated in a high-end Mumbai location connecting Juhu and Versova. The apartments, typically sized between 1,000 and 1,300 square feet, currently command rents ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh.
Roshan is leasing the apartment to Azad for ₹75,000 per month. The agreement was signed on August 4th. Roshan acquired three apartments in the building in 2020, which include a duplex on the 19th and 20th floors and another apartment on the 18th floor. Azad has also made a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh. The Roshan family has a history of real estate investments in Mumbai.
In 2020, Hrithik Roshan purchased the three apartments for a total of ₹97.5 crore. In 2025, Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik’s father, sold some apartments. Hrithik Roshan, aged 51, has been dating Saba Azad, who is 12 years his junior, since 2022. They are often seen together, including on vacations. Saba Azad is active on OTT platforms, while Hrithik has several upcoming projects. Rakesh Roshan’s house in Khandala was featured in a recent vlog by Farah Khan.
