
Young Marathi actor Sachin Chandwade, who garnered attention for his role in the Netflix series ‘Jamtara 2,’ has tragically died at the age of 25. Reports circulating suggest the actor passed away due to suicide at his home in Parola, Jalgaon.
Chandwade was a visible presence on social media, with his Instagram account boasting over 7,000 followers. He regularly posted updates about his life and career. It’s also noted that he was a professional engineer, previously working as a software engineer in Pune’s IT sector.
A year ago, in 2022, Sachin Chandwade posted a motivational quote that spoke volumes about his inner strength. He wrote in Hindi, “Waqt ne fasaya hain, lekin main pareshaan nahi hu, Haalaton se haar jaaun main wo insaan nahi hu.” This powerful statement translates to, “Time has trapped me, but I am not worried. I am not the kind of person who gives up in tough situations,” reflecting his determination to persevere.
The circumstances surrounding his death are reported to involve an attempt to take his own life at his residence. Despite immediate medical attention from his family and subsequent transfer to a hospital in Dhule, Chandwade passed away during treatment around 12:30 AM on October 24th.
Beyond ‘Jamtara 2,’ Chandwade also appeared in the 2018 Marathi film ‘Ek Sangharsh Mastercha,’ directed by Mahesh Thorat.
