Actress Gitikka Ganju Dhar has been cast in Aditya Dhar’s upcoming directorial venture, ‘Dhurandhar,’ sharing screen space with lead actor Ranveer Singh. Gitikka expressed her immense pride in being part of a film she believes will be a landmark cinematic achievement. She noted that the genre has rarely been explored with such artistic precision and genuine flair in Indian cinema before.
Gitikka spoke highly of director Aditya Dhar’s ability to execute a clear and bold vision, ensuring the film’s narrative remains authentic to its core. “Hereon, stories on this matter will need to be told with as much authenticity, backed by research comparable to the prep that has been put into Dhurandhar,” she stated, highlighting the film’s rigorous preparation.
She also expressed her pleasure in collaborating with seasoned actors like Rakesh Bedi and the talented Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun. Gitikka Ganju Dhar’s acting career features a notable role in Aamir Khan Productions’ ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ and the film ‘Music Meri Jaan.’ Her recent performances on popular streaming platforms in ‘Tanaav Season 2’ and ‘Aarya Season 2’ have further showcased her acting prowess.
‘Dhurandhar’ is set to release on December 5, 2025, and features a stellar cast including Ranveer Singh, Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, and Akshaye Khanna.
