Television star Nakuul Mehta and his wife, Jankee Parekh, have become parents again, welcoming their second child, a baby girl, on August 15, 2025. The couple made the announcement with a series of adorable pictures, sharing their joy with fans. The photos show their son, Sufi, lovingly holding his baby sister, Nakuul gazing at the newborn, and a candid shot of the couple before the birth.
Introducing their daughter as Rumi, the couple expressed their happiness, writing, “She’s here. Sufi finally has his Rumi. Our hearts are complete. 15th August 2025. Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
In June, the couple had announced their second pregnancy with a sweet family photoshoot, captioning it, “The boy is ready for additional responsibility. So are we. We are accepting blessings.”
Nakuul is well-known for his roles in popular television dramas like Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Ishqbaaaz, and currently appears alongside Disha Parmar in Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2. Jankee, a singer, has a successful career with several popular tracks and YouTube videos. The pair married on January 28, 2012, and their first child, Sufi, was born in February 2021.
