
Netflix is preparing for the release of the third and final season of Squid Game, which has generated global buzz. The series features 456 players facing financial struggles, who participate in childhood games with deadly consequences for a chance to win prize money. Season 3 will answer if Player 456, Seong Gi-hun, will succeed in ending the games. The final trailer of Squid Game Season 3 is now available, showing the new dangerous games and the intense struggle for survival.
Squid Game Season 3 will be available on Netflix starting June 27, 2025.
The official synopsis describes: “After the events of Season 2, the final season finds Gi-hun, also known as Player 456, at a low point. He must make tough decisions as he and the surviving players enter more dangerous games. In-ho resumes his role as Front Man, and Jun-ho continues searching for the island, unaware of a betrayer. Will Gi-hun choose wisely, or will the Front Man prevail?”
Hwang Dong-hyuk directs the final season, starring Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Wi Ha-jun, Park Gyu-young, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Jo Yu-ri, Chae Kuk-hee, Lee David, Roh Jae-won, and Jun Suk-ho. Park Hee-soon will make a cameo appearance.
