The upcoming movie adaptation of the beloved ‘Shaktimaan’ series will feature Ranveer Singh in the lead role, according to director Basil Joseph. Reports indicating that Allu Arjun might replace Singh in the film were inaccurate. The original ‘Shaktimaan’ series, which aired on Doordarshan from 1997, starred Mukesh Khanna. Joseph, who is writing and directing the film, has confirmed that Ranveer Singh is the only actor who will be playing Shaktimaan. This clarification puts an end to recent speculation, with project insiders dismissing any possibility of a casting change.
