
The film ‘They Call Him OG,’ starring Pawan Kalyan, has received a remarkable welcome from audiences, establishing new benchmarks in the film industry. The story focuses on a mob boss, Ojas Gambheera, who returns seeking vengeance against his adversaries. The film also introduces Emraan Hashmi in his Telugu debut. On its second day in theaters, ‘They Call Him OG’ collected Rs 19.25 crore. The Pawan Kalyan-led film has earned a total of Rs 104 crore. The cast also includes Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, and others. Due to his position as Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since June 2024, Pawan Kalyan will be taking a break from acting. He discussed how he tried to finish his films before the elections. He stated, “When I signed these three films, I had planned to complete them before the elections. However, I lost crucial time before the elections due to some political incidents.” He has completed shooting for OG and needs just five more days to complete Ustaad Bhagat Singh.
