Actor Salman Khan is well-known for his close relationships with family. He shares strong bonds with his siblings and parents, particularly his father, the writer Salim Khan, whom he respects greatly. His mother, Salma Khan, also holds a special place in his heart, and Salman was her beloved son. However, like many children, Salman wasn’t immune to his mother’s discipline for youthful indiscretions.
Reflecting on his childhood, Salman admitted he was mischievous, though perhaps less so than his younger brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail. In an interview, he characterized himself as relatively straightforward, highlighting the contrast with his siblings.
As the eldest sibling, Salman often found himself in the line of fire when his younger brothers engaged in mischief. He shared that when something went wrong, Arbaaz and Sohail would escape, leaving him to face their mother’s reprimands.
Salman remembers the scolding he received from his mother. He would often be the one caught after the mischief. He revealed, “I still remember the beating, the scolding that we used to get. It didn’t make much of a difference from mother’s scolding, but father’s was enough.”
