Actress Sonal Chauhan is officially joining the cast of the highly anticipated ‘Mirzapur: The Film,’ which is geared up for a 2026 theatrical premiere. Chauhan shared the exciting news via Instagram, showcasing a personal welcome letter from the film’s creators. She articulated her profound excitement about becoming a part of the celebrated ‘Mirzapur’ franchise, calling it an ‘iconic’ and ‘game-changing’ endeavor. The actress expressed sincere thanks to Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Gurmmeet Singh, and Excel Movies for the opportunity. The film is expected to feature the return of powerhouse performances from Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya, Ali Fazal as Guddu Pandit, and Divyenndu as Munna Tripathi. Abhishek Banerjee will also be back as the memorable compounder.
