Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan, is facing potential legal issues related to a significant land deal. This occurs as Shah Rukh Khan is actively supporting his children’s careers, with Aryan Khan preparing for his directorial debut and Suhana preparing for her acting debut in the film ‘King’. The focus of the investigation is a multi-crore deal, raising questions about compliance with regulations. Suhana Khan’s purchase of land in Alibaug is the subject of scrutiny. The deal is reported to be under investigation. The land was purchased in the village of Thal, Alibaug, with the transaction estimated at approximately 12.91 crore. Information indicates that the land, which was originally allocated for agricultural use to farmers by the government, was acquired by Suhana Khan without the necessary permission. This unauthorized purchase has triggered an investigation. The Alibaug Tehsildar has been directed to submit an impartial report. Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh has issued an order regarding the investigation. A report on the deal is expected soon. During the land purchase, Suhana Khan was listed as a farmer in the registered documents. The property is registered under the name Deja Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, a company with Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law as directors. This was her initial property investment in Alibaug. Within a year, she made a further investment, purchasing a beachfront property in Alibaug valued at 10 crore.
