Baaghi 4, the latest installment in the Baaghi franchise, has arrived in theaters after three successful films. The film, starring Tiger Shroff and Sanjay Dutt, was released recently. During a recent conversation, Sanjay Dutt was asked what he liked most about the film. He shared his thoughts on his character and the film itself.
Sanjay Dutt noted a connection to ‘Vaastav’ in ‘Baaghi 4’. Sanjay Dutt said, “My character in Baaghi 4 is deeply serious and cruel, yet you will feel a sense of empathy for him when you leave the theater. When I read the script for the first time, it evoked a feeling I hadn’t experienced since ‘Vaastav.’ It’s been quite some time since I’ve felt that way.” He added that he and Tiger Shroff put in a lot of hard work for their respective roles.
He mentioned, “For this role, I diligently prepared myself, putting on weight, undergoing intense training, and working extremely hard.” Sanjay Dutt also said that the youthful energy on set gave him the feeling of being a newcomer in the industry. He continued, “To be honest, Baaghi 4 made me feel like a new artist on the set again. Working with Sajid Nadiadwala always feels like coming home.”
The action star, expressing his expectations for Baaghi 4, stated, “Baaghi 4 is going to be special for all of us. I hope the audience enjoys the film.” Sanjay’s film, Vaastav, which was released in 1999, saw him portraying a gangster.
