Shukla used the example of love stories to illustrate how common certain themes are in cinema. He acknowledged that both films addressed themes of faith and religion. He also mentioned that the individuals involved in the films, including Rajkumar Hirani, were too talented to resort to such tactics. ‘OMG’ and ‘PK’, despite their different approaches, were both successful.
