Born on September 21, 1980, in Mumbai, Kareena Kapoor is the younger daughter of Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor. She is also the younger sister of Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor. Interestingly, the name ‘Kareena’ was derived from the celebrated novel ‘Anna Karenina’ by Leo Tolstoy.
