The Assam government is awaiting the viscera examination report in the Zubeen Garg death investigation, which is expected on October 10, according to Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Comprehensive findings are anticipated by October 11. The police are carefully documenting all witness testimonies for the case diary. The Chief Minister emphasized that witness statements are not equivalent to police statements. He also addressed reports of poisoning, stating that the information is sourced from an accused individual. Sarma appealed to the Assamese community to advocate for the return of key suspects from Singapore, recognizing that their participation is essential for the investigation’s completion. The investigation hinges on the return of those who were involved in Zubeen Garg’s yacht trip.
