To mark Raksha Bandhan, Tata Motors, in association with a network, initiated ‘Raksha Ka Bandhan,’ a unique gesture. Women from the Durga line at the Jamshedpur plant prepared and dispatched rakhis to truck drivers nationwide. Each rakhi carried a personal message of good wishes.
The women involved are part of the group that builds the safest trucks in India, incorporating advanced safety measures to ensure the protection of drivers and the goods they transport. They consider each driver as family, and every journey is valued. These women may never meet the drivers in person, but they are always thinking of them and their safety.
