A student was discovered deceased within a bathroom at the RGUKT campus in Idupulapaya, YSR Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Narsimha Naidu, a second-year Pre-University Course (PUC) student. Naidu was a student at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Ongole and a resident of Fareedpet, Srikakulam district. The police have initiated a probe and sent the body for a postmortem at a Vempalle government hospital. Authorities are considering mobile phone addiction and the recent passing of the student’s father as potential factors in the incident. Simultaneously, Hyderabad police are investigating the deaths of five family members discovered at a residence in the Makhtha, Mahaboobpet Maqta area. The deceased individuals include a man, his wife, their daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. A case has been registered, and the investigation is ongoing.
