Her assets are valued at just 15.40 lakh rupees. The report’s data is sourced from the affidavits submitted by the chief ministers during recent elections. This has led to a political stir in Bengal.
While Mamata Banerjee is the poorest, N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh is the wealthiest Chief Minister, with assets exceeding 931 crore rupees.
