Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of Lalu Yadav, continues to make headlines. Following a post regarding a past affair, he was removed from the party by his father. Since then, Tej Pratap has shared several posts, one of which describes a video call with Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav.
In the post, Tej Pratap mentioned having a long conversation with Akhilesh Yadav, the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. They discussed the political developments in Bihar. Tej Pratap highlighted his close relationship with Akhilesh, expressing that he felt less alone during his current challenges when Akhilesh called to check on him.
Earlier, Tej Pratap had posted a warning, without naming anyone, cautioning against misinterpreting his silence as weakness. He stated that he would dismantle the ‘chakravyuh’ (labyrinth) of deception and lies. He indicated that the truth would soon surface, and his role would be decided by the public and the Supreme Court.
The controversy began with a social media post detailing a 12-year-old affair, accompanied by a photo of Tej Pratap with Anushka Yadav. After the post went viral, Tej Pratap claimed his account was hacked, leading to a significant backlash in Bihar. Consequently, Lalu Yadav took action, removing Tej Pratap from both the party and the family, citing that his actions didn’t align with family principles.
