The party has formed a manifesto committee consisting of 13 members who will be responsible for drafting the manifesto. The committee is expected to travel across various districts in Bihar to solicit public opinion and incorporate it into the manifesto. Key members of the committee include former minister Prem Kumar and senior advocate Manan Mishra. The committee will design the framework for communicating the party’s electoral promises and its vision. Earlier, the BJP had also announced its election campaign committee. The list of members includes state president Dilip Jaiswal, Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary, and other prominent figures. The election campaign committee also includes Dr. Prem Kumar, Renu Devi, Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, and others. The BJP is preparing for a strong showing in the elections, both organizationally and strategically. The party recognizes that the situation in Bihar is unique this time and has started engaging with the public.
