JDU has launched a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, claiming that those who portray themselves as followers of Jananayak Karpoori Thakur will face the wrath of the voters in the upcoming polls. A joint press conference was held on Tuesday at the BJP state office in Patna, bringing together the state presidents of the NDA constituent parties. Key figures like BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal, JDU state president Umesh Kushwaha, and LJP Ram Vilas state president Raju Tiwari emphasized their unity. They reassured that all seat-sharing matters will be clarified before the elections, demonstrating the alliance’s strength.
BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal highlighted the start of the NDA’s assembly worker conference on August 23, which was preceded by a press conference. He mentioned the success of the first phase of the worker conference at the assembly level.
2. India’s Path to Global Leadership: Dharmendra Pradhan
The Youth of Bihar @2047 Student Conclave was held on Tuesday at Patna’s Gyan Bhawan. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, along with BJP state president Dr. Dilip Jaiswal and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, addressed the gathering. Dharmendra Pradhan expressed his vision for India to become a global leader, emphasizing the crucial role Bihar must play in this endeavor.
He stated that India is not a ‘dharamshala’ and questioned voting rights. He criticized past actions and urged people to see Bihar’s development. He also brought up the Emergency and the Congress, and their actions. He also mentioned Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav’s collaboration with the Telangana CM, who criticized Bihar’s identity.
3. Setback for Pashupati Paras’s Party
Pashupati Paras’s party suffered a significant setback on Tuesday. A total of 105 workers, including the Vaishali district president, switched allegiance to the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas). LJP (R) state president Raju Tiwari welcomed the new members during a ceremony.

A crucial meeting took place on Tuesday at the JDU state office in Patna, chaired by JDU state president Umesh Singh Kushwaha. The meeting assessed the conferences that took place during the first phase of the NDA Assembly worker conference.
