
A man was killed in Samastipur, Bihar, after a shooting incident. The victim, who had just been released from jail, was shot multiple times with about 12 bullets. The attackers escaped after they made sure the man was dead. The event happened on Thursday afternoon, causing a lot of concern in the area.
The incident took place in Sitanpur village, in the Ujiarpur police station area. The victim, identified as Vikram Giri, was shot by criminals. They fired approximately 12 bullets at him. The shooting spread fear in the area. The deceased was from Madhopur village.
The attackers arrived on motorcycles and ambushed Vikram near his house. They surrounded him before firing the shots. After making sure Vikram was dead, the attackers left.
Vikram had a history of criminal activities. He was recently released on bail after being involved in a murder case. He was also a main suspect in the case of the murder of Nepali Chaudhary, who was a furniture businessman. Vikram had been involved in criminal cases for a long time.
Police from Dalsinghsarai and Ujiarpur police stations went to the scene after getting information. The police sent Vikram’s body for a post-mortem.
