
The Department of Industry conducted a dialogue with investors in Delhi to promote the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025 (BIPP-2025). The event saw participation from Industry Minister Nitish Mishra, Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh, and other key figures. Mihir Kumar Singh’s presentation focused on the policy framework and the incentives available to investors, such as free land and financial assistance, along with measures to improve the business environment. Nitish Mishra praised BIPP-2025, emphasizing its potential to attract investment and generate employment, positioning Bihar as an industrial leader, not only in India, but also globally. Shri Kundan Kumar, the BIADA Managing Director, spoke about the package’s ability to enhance entrepreneurship and accelerate economic expansion. The BIPP-2025, which offers free land, financial incentives, and a positive business environment, is poised to revolutionize Bihar’s industrial landscape. The initiative follows the BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025. Secretary of the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, Shri B. Kartikeya Dhanji, expressed his gratitude to all participants at the conclusion of the program.
