In a grim development from Kaimur, Bihar, the body of a woman was discovered in a sack within her own home, two days after she was reported missing. The discovery was made on the roof of the house. The family believes the woman was murdered and her body was hidden.
The victim’s husband, Prajapati Mishra, has accused the police of negligence. He stated that when he reported his wife’s disappearance, the police did not take the matter seriously, allegedly telling him that his wife had probably run away and would return.
