A video from Jaynagar, Madhubani district in Bihar, depicting a coaching instructor behaving inappropriately with a student has gone viral, sparking controversy. The incident has exposed a case of blackmail and exploitation, prompting police to file an FIR based on the victim’s statement.
The instructor, Rakesh Yadav, is accused of inappropriate behavior towards the student. The victim stated that the instructor harassed her and made unwanted advances. She further alleged that the coaching center’s landlord, Kuldeep Singh, and his friend, Sonu Chodhary, were also involved in her harassment.
The student reported to the police that Kuldeep Singh and Sonu Chodhary coerced her into making a video of instructor Rakesh Yadav with the intention of extorting 20 lakhs. They threatened to kill her if she did not create the video. Forced by the threats, she recorded the video. The video was subsequently disseminated by the landlord, Kuldeep Singh, causing the victim distress. An FIR has been lodged against the accused and the social media channels that shared the video. The police are currently conducting raids to apprehend the accused and are investigating the social media channels that shared the content. The suspects include the coaching instructor, the landlord, and his friend.
