Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, speaking in Muzaffarpur, highlighted the historical significance of Bihar. He stated that Bihar is more than a state; it is the soul of India. He emphasized that the land is where the philosophies of Buddha and Mahavira originated, where the Champaran movement took place, and where Dr. Rajendra Prasad contributed to the constitution. Speaking at the Lalit Narayan Mishra College of Business Management, he recognized Bihar as the birthplace of India’s philosophical foundation and a convergence of the legacies of Buddha, Mahavira, and Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Dhankhar further elaborated that even when considered together, Oxford, Harvard, and Cambridge do not equate to the stature of Nalanda.
