In Patna, a man is reeling from the shock of two failed marriages. Both of his wives chose to leave him for other men. The wives became involved with other men soon after the weddings and ran away with them. The second wife also took gold jewelry when she left.
The case originated in the Dhanuki Chalsa village within the Parsa Bazar police station area of Patna. Raju Kumar, a 40-year-old, married twice, but both unions ended in disaster. His second wife ran away with her lover on September 16, just two months after the wedding. Raju’s sister saw her on a motorcycle with the other man, but they had already fled by the time she could inform others.
Raju’s second marriage took place on July 11, only two months before the elopement. The wedding was celebrated with pomp after his first marriage had ended. His second wife was considerably younger. The family hoped things would improve, but they did not anticipate her leaving with her lover within such a short time.
On September 16, everyone in Raju’s house was asleep when his second wife left. Raju’s sister saw her. When they checked after she left, gold earrings and other jewelry were missing, and Raju filed a police case. His first marriage had occurred many years prior, but issues arose between the couple shortly after.
One day, Raju’s first wife left with a young man, leaving their daughter behind with Raju. On September 16, history repeated itself as the second wife also left with a man. Police have registered a case against the second wife and initiated an investigation.
