A routine traffic stop in Patna led to an unexpected discovery. When police officers attempted to inspect a scooter, the driver chose to abandon the vehicle and flee. Further investigation revealed that the scooter had a staggering ₹45,000 in unpaid traffic fines. The incident occurred as part of a special vehicle checking operation initiated by the Patna Traffic Police under the guidance of the Traffic SP. The scooter, identified by its registration number BR-01-EL7452, has been impounded, and the owner has been notified. The owner will be required to settle the outstanding dues before reclaiming the vehicle.
