
The Hero Men’s Asia Hockey Cup 2025 is ready to commence in Rajgir, Bihar, starting on National Sports Day. This edition, the 12th of the Asia Cup, will bring together eight of Asia’s best hockey teams to compete for the title. The participating nations include India, Japan, China, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Korea, Bangladesh, and Chinese Taipei.

South Korea holds the record for the most Asia Cup wins, with five titles. India has won the cup three times, as has Pakistan.

Pool B consists of Malaysia, Korea, Bangladesh, and Chinese Taipei. To increase awareness, a ‘Trophy Pride Journey’ is traveling through Bihar and other states, culminating in Rajgir on August 29.
