
Police in Saran district have achieved a major success by preventing a robbery and solving the CSP robbery within a short period. The police arrested three criminals who were planning a robbery near the Sultanganj canal in the Amanour police station area. The CSP robbery case, which occurred two days prior, was also solved by the police within 36 hours. Rural SP Sanjay Kumar shared these details in a press conference.
According to Rural SP Sanjay Kumar, the police received information about a group of criminals planning a significant crime near the Sultanganj canal in Amanour. A police team, under the guidance of Madhaura DSP Naresh Paswan, promptly acted and apprehended three suspects, seizing weapons. The arrested individuals included Manish Kumar and Rohit Kumar from Dholrahi Kaithal, Amanour, and Prince Kumar from Fulwaria, Maker.
The police recovered a country-made pistol, live cartridges, sharp knives, the motorcycle used in the CSP robbery, Rs 12,000, the CSP operator’s Aadhaar card, and a photograph. The Rural SP mentioned that the three suspects had existing criminal cases in the Amanour and Maker police stations.
This arrest prevented a potential major criminal incident in the area. Rural SP Sanjay Kumar praised the Madhaura DSP, Amanour Station House Officer, and the entire team for their efficiency and quick response. This resulted in the successful foiling of the robbery plot and the solving of the robbery case.
The successful resolution of the robbery case was due to the evidence found with the arrested suspects. The police recovered a country-made pistol, two live cartridges, a sharp knife, two motorcycles and other items from the arrested individuals.
